Robert Holmes
Rob Holmes is the CEO of Sweetwater Holdings, LP and manages the General Partner of the ownership group, responsible for operating performance and corporate development of the company. He is also the founder of Black Knight Partners, LP, a Dallas-based private investment firm. Rob has extensive experience conducting business in Islamic countries and emerging nations. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and London School of Economics. Upon leaving active duty, Holmes earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


Keith Tucker
Mr. Tucker served as chairman and chief executive of Waddell & Reed Financial, a publicly-held mutual fund complex.  Over the course of his tenure as chairman and chief executive, the firm’s assets under management grew from approximately $5 billion to over $40 billion.  In addition to listing the company on the New York Stock Exchange, he significantly expanded Waddell & Reed’s distribution channels through the strategic acquisition of the Ivy Funds, a $24 billion group of mutual funds.

Prior to taking Waddell & Reed public in 1998, Mr. Tucker served as vice chairman of the board of Torchmark Corporation of Alabama, a publicly held insurance, financial services and real estate development company.  Prior to joining Torchmark in 1991, Mr. Tucker was a partner with a middle-market private equity firm, as well as a senior vice president at Stephens, Inc., an Arkansas-based investment banking firm, leading mergers and acquisitions, public and private placements, and corporate financial planning. 

Mr. Tucker has extensive investment and operating experience in emerging nations.  Mr. Tucker earned a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.


James McCoy
Mr. McCoy was a partner with Tatum, LLC, an executive services and consulting firm.  Prior to joining Tatum in 2007, he was a director and the chief financial officer of ClubCorp, a billion-dollar SEC reporting company in the hospitality, investment, and real estate business.  During his tenure at ClubCorp, he led the acquisition of a federally insured thrift, and eight years later its divestment.  He served on the board of the thrift during that period as well.  He was responsible for reviewing and sponsoring all of ClubCorp’s investments in Asia. 

Prior to becoming the chief financial officer of ClubCorp in 1988, Mr. McCoy served as the manager of corporate financial services for Merrill Lynch Capital Markets in their Dallas office.  He earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington, and maintains a CPA license.
